The house offers the opportunity for a tranquil and relaxing holiday and features a private and secure garden, with its own swimming pool (8m x 4m) set in a large private terrace close to the house. There is plenty of parking space for up to four cars.

The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, large wardrobes, a ceiling fan and a double door onto a 'Juliet' balcony. The second has a queen-sized bed, large wardrobes and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is upstairs and has twin beds and a wardrobe. In addition there is a 'fold-away' Z-bed which could sleep two children.

The Master bathroom, adjacent to the master bedroom, has a large 'wet-room' shower and a double-sized 'jacuzzi' bath, and the second bathroom is en-suite to the second bedroom and has a shower cubicle.

There is a luxury kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, double sinks.

The large lounge has Freesat (UK) TV, DVD player, CD/Cassette HiFi and broadband wireless internet.

In addition there is a large conservatory, with a seperate dining suite.
